IF YOU DON'T HAVE USB DEBUGGING ENABLED GO TO Settings-Application-Development-USB DEBUGGING (CHECK IT)
IF YOU DON'T HAVE FAST BOOT DISABLED GO TO Settings-Power-Fast boot (UN CHECK IT)
STEPS:
Download The Software Below
First take off your cell phone battery
Re Insert It
Now press volume down button + Power Key
Now Attached your cell phone to Pc/Laptop
Run the program downloaded at step one
Go to ADB settings and load the adb file
Now go to clockwork mod recovery from cell phone
You will see blank screen in your phone but your computer will show you the clockwork mod recovery
YOU CAN NOW FLASH ROMS :)
